for health and performance was published by FIFA House Lausanne Switzerland in 2005.
This booklet provides information that will help players at all levels of competition to make informed choices to meet their nutritional needs in different situations.
This booklet attempts to provide nutrition practical information that will be of use to the serious player, but is not a substitute for individual advice from a qualified registered dietician focused in sport.
The Nutrition for Athletes Booklet – A practical guide to eating for health and performance was published by the International Olympic Commission in 2003. The booklet was prepared by the Nutrition Working Group of the International Olympic Medical Commission.
